Seekers Sunday School Class
The Seekers Class is a supportive, self-teaching, socially oriented adult Sunday school class which meets Sundays at 9 a.m. All are welcome to join the class or drop in when a topic is of interest. Study topics are suggested and selected by the class. The Seekers Class also supports and participates in numerous mission, community and fellowship activities.
New Members
All who believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior can be Presbyterian by:
- Letter of Transfer from another Christian Church
- Reaffirmation of Faith when having previously been a member of a Christian Church
- Profession of Faith – either by baptism or by confirmation and commissioning, when joining for the first time.
New Members Class is held periodically for those seeking to learn about Presbyterianism and Paxton. New members are received by the Session and recognized in worship.
Adult Choir
Music is an integral part of the worship life at Paxton. Our Adult Choir rehearses weekly and contributes to Sunday worship. Adult Choir also participates in special services throughout the church year. All are welcome to join this musically talented group.
Adult Bell Choir
Adult Bell Choir is open to all who have an interest in participating. The group rehearses weekly and plays a part in worship monthly, as well as at special services throughout the church year.
Instrumental Music
Opportunity and encouragement to participate in worship is offered to all those who would like to share their instrumental musical talent to praise and glorify God.
